1-hour sessions:
Strength training, weight loss, cardiac conditioning.
Includes access to a mobile personal trainer app for workout tracking and accountability coaching.
1.5 hour session:
- Pain assessment/evaluation of an injury/medical condition by a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Running gait analysis or sport/performance assessment
1-hour sessions:
Follow-up visits after you have had your initial evaluation (may include exercise prescription + manual therapy)
