Finding fitness & function
Appointments: revivalptandwellness@gmail.com
At Revival we tailor your experience to be exactly what you want and need it to be.
We will help you get rid of pain by getting to the root cause. We will help you become stronger, more balanced and more functional.
We believe there is no reason you should have to live with pain or give up the activities you used to enjoy.
We start with YOUR goals - whether it is just to get rid of pain or to be able to play with kids/grand-kids or to run your first half-marathon.
From there we help you decide whether you need Physical Therapy for a thorough evaluation of pain/imbalances and hands-on treatment or Personal Training for general strengthening/weight loss.
Compared to many insurance-based practices our treatment approach is more individualized, more hands-on, and is completely centered around YOU.
Unlike other professions, a physical therapist‘s goal is to help you become independent of our services. Not only do we identify and treat the cause of your pain but we give you the tools to prevent you from needing us in the future.
Whether you already have a pain or problem that you are dealing with or if you are just looking for advice on staying healthy and injury free - we will give you a thorough assessment to determine your individual needs.
Become a part of our email list to start learning easy ways to take care of your body. This may include general health/wellness information, injury prevention, exercise tips and will also include occasional promotions that we run. This is a once-per-month email so we don't clog up your inbox.
